I heared the steam for linux is comming... It's really cool news! :D But, I love UT3 and a lot of mods for this really cool game, so I want to ask...
Is there will be a Unreal Engine 3 port for Linux?
If not, I hae question for Mac users...
Can you run games from Steam (not for Mac) with emulation, or something like that?

Here's what bluesnews (http://www.bluesnews.com/s/110356/epic-ut3-linux-client-seems-unlikely) or rather Phoronix are saying.
Well, it "seems unlikely".

I assume that there is not going to be a native Linux port for Unreal Tournament 3.

Don't count on it. UE3 is close to EOL (in terms of development).
Probably Epic won't put the resources to fully port it. Not that there is much to port, much of the engine is cross-platform anyway (except graphics backend), but still some effort is required...

Freind says it works %100 on linux, (via Wine) so im sure u can get it to work on mac. Does it let u DL non mac games when using the mac version of steam?
