No water turbidity? Should be easy enough with deferred shading... Unless you're worried about the "I can't see these neat graphics because everythings obscured by that damn fog" aspect.

The video says 2010. I think you confused the DirectX 11 part with the 2010 part. The Futuremark website says Q3 2010, as well.

GPU's aren't the only thing they make, and they're pretty good at it anyway. I'd rather have an MSI card than Sparkle or Sapphire. :p

No. They make a lot of odd Nvidia non-reference cards.

MSI has had some good non stock cards recently.

MSI also makes very good motherboards
They do offer good GPU's with good coolers as well.
Same could be said for many companies.
Sorry but didnt think that video was very impressive, can get quality like that already in some games, and that video was missing a lot of stuff that should be there, like churning water from the propeller, ocean debris, lots of other stuff..
Crysis has a more lively ocean, so does Just Cause 2 :p

its still being worked on. give it time- i think they really wanted to showcase the volumetric underwater lighting and the excellent texture bump mapping (or whatever lol)

LOL, ok that looked impressive but that scene certainly reminded me of the movie The abyss.

I can't speak for the GPU's, but I've been working with MSI products for around 9 years now, and - while they're not my first choice (Gigabyte fan myself) - I certainly would not hesitate to put one of their MoBo's in my primary system.

LOL, ok that looked impressive but that scene certainly reminded me of the movie The abyss.Yeah, The Abyss rox btw! Looking forward to this benchmark, I have a feeling my 2x HD5870s are gonna be calling out for mama though.
BTW, MSI makes pretty good vid cards too, I have an MSI HD3870 OC Ed in my surfing/entertainment rig, as well as an MSI HD3870 X2 OC Ed in my HTPC, don't need to tell you guys these are pretty dated now but they've been doing a nice job thus far. IMHO, MSI makes pretty good mobos, vid cards, etc....I even had the infamous MSI 875P (can't recall the exact model number now) which supposed caught fire as discussed in some forums, it did a very nice job for years. I had since traded it in for an LGA775 P4 mobo for my surfing rig. I'm an Asus man now, but I'd not hesitate to use an MSI mobo and/or vid card(s) for my next build (should they have the features I'd want for my next build).

the idea of having the "best brand GPU" for a company if its ATI's sapphire or Nvidia's EVGA has nothing to do with whom is the best because there is no award given to the best GPU manufacture.
So where u say EVGA i say XFX and HIS, or to where someone else will say MSI and another will say BFG. This is all mainly based on personal experiences.

One could argue, there is no best, there's only most popular. ;)
