how can I open Civ IV pbem games?

Hi.

I'm trying to play a civ IV pbem game.

When I do this on windows, I can just double-click the received savegame and it will open in civ IV.

however, when I receive this file on a mac, and click "open" in mail, I'm getting the message that it doesn't know what app to use to open the savegame. If I try "open with…" to open it with civ IV, civ IV just opens but doesn't load my savegame.

So how can I reply to e-mail games if I can't open these files?

You should be able to open it up in the game itself via the Load Game option.

Indeed, that works. but it's far more complicated since I have to move the Savegame to the pbem folder and then click my way through the game menu in order to open the game.

Isn't there a way to open the Savegame directly like on the windows version?
