It's me again; I'm still working on my first TF2 map. I'm currently trying to create a brush-based entity that senses when a player is killed in that brushed area. What entity should I tie the brush to?

You'll likely want to tie it to a trigger_multiple, but I'm not sure how to implement the particular feature you are seeking. A dying player should fire the OnEndTouch output, but this is also fired if a player voluntarily leaves the volume. There might be a way to get the health value of the activating player and check whether it is 0, but I'm not aware of how to do so.

Just cover the entire map in a trigger_multiple and if anyone leaves the area they died, if they entered it they respawned.
