View Full Version : Orange HUD in Blue Shift?

In the WON version of the game, it had a BLUE HUD, but in the Steam version it has the ORANGE HUD from Half-Life 1.

Any way to fix this? :/

You need to install BlueShift:Unlocked. See this thread (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=958537).

Is blue shift unlocked a different game or just an upgrade to the original blue shift?

It's just an upgrade/fix. Though it does show as a separate mod in your Steam Library.

do you need to play the mod to get the benifits or can you play the regular game?

I just played the game. I think it's kind of dumb that it shows up as a separate entry, but whatever--they didn't ask me when they designed it. ;)

Well, no. You need to have it installed in order for it to work, and if you have it installed it shows up in your Library.

I suppose you could create a "Category" for it. :) (I'm not as knowledgeable about the Anthology as about HL2+Episodes.)
