Found it. It was converted and Published by a company called Virtual Programming. Don't know much about them. They did do X3 Galactic Assault, Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, and so on.

Europa Universalis III and Hearts of Iron III are on steam for the Mac and were ported by Virtual Programming, so there's a good chance.

That's only if those games are on steam with VP's consent and its not a loophole in the digital distribution rights with paradox (like the one that allowed 2K to bring CIV4 without aspyr)
