Blur has major issues in 3d....

I was really exited to play this game- split screen multiplayer in 3d! sweet! have not had any game do this since left for dead. well, the bad new is this game is unplayable in 3d. you have to turn down the visual quality so much its like playing a ten year old game. even in single player mode the game looks terrible in 3d. hopefully the devs will patch this game to support 3d tech. games look so boring in 2d- i just deleted the game to make room for something else....

Firstly, what 3D are you talking about, for example, 3D Vision (the £300 shutter glasses and 120hz TV) or 3D Vision Discover (with the £1 blue and red paper glasses)? Or do you have something else?

Your specs would be nice as well as 3D adds a lot of layers onto a game which makes it more demanding on your system.

this game needs a patch badly- it looks horrible in 3d....

you seem to be the only one using them, I will test 3D Vison Discover now. To be honest, I think many will agree, this isn't the top of the devs proritys right now, I will add it though as a request.

EDIT: Just played in 3D Vision Discover... I know its not the same, but there is minimal ghosting and the game is very playable, infact, I just came 1st :).

thanks for the forward. there are lots of people wanting better 3d support for this game on the link i showed you in my last post. the devs would be ahead of the curve if they implemented 3d- which is going to be very big with all the 3d tv's being sold now. this game has so much potential- its a shame it not 3d ready- imagine split screen in 3d on a 65 inch monitor....

I agree that this game has a lot of potential, though I don't think 3d support is a priority, nor do I think it should be. There are plenty of other more important (IMO) issues to address first.

Yea thats my point, the performance issues, controller support and general network issues need to be addressed 1st.

But I also agree thats this game would be nice in 3D, but I'm not going lie, it proberly won't happen for a long time... if at all.

honestly i am surprised- i thought that since this was a consul ported game and the consuls are being upgraded to 3d that this would be a big selling point for the game....
