Looking for squad

long and possibly unnecessary intro, can be skipped:
i lovehate this game.

i love its graphics, its gameplay, its weapons, its vehicles, its modes
i hate its hit detection (obviously) and often its players.

what i noticed is that after the release random people, even without communicating over text or voice chat, tended to stick to their squadmates which lead to great fun and teamplay. now many people go rambo and it leads to the team which has at least ONE squad that sticks together screwing the rambo team. i often have a chance to play with both rambos and team players. but im really tired of rambos.

i need a team. to any1 who is interested:

i dont play on scheduled basis, i just play when i have the chance. this means i can be playing nonstop the whole week and then stop playing for 2 weeks. or maybe just play a couple of hours every evening.

fav game mode - rush.

use all classes, but mainly assault for attack and engie for defense.

suck at sniping, therefore am a shotgun recon. often use shotgun with assault kit (NS2000 slugs) and medic (Saiga buckshot).
have a purely anti-vehicle engie kit - tracer dart, rpg-7 with explosive upgrade and increased amount of rockets.

Hate those rambos, too. I play the most of the time with a friend but we´re just 2 people and it is hard to find some good squad mates in public games. Sometimes we rock the server with just 2 people playing together. (makes me sad cause it shows that there is no one else playing together)

So i am interested. But where´re you located? I am from germany, so europe would be awesome, otherwise the pings are too high.

I play from germany and like more or less all the classes though to be honest I'm not all too good at killing with guns(knife spree sometimes if I flank them).

for anyone based in europe maybe consider looking at deathproofclan. Ive been playing with these people for a couple of years since battlefield 2.

we have 8 active members who regularly play badcompany2.

we are a casual squad and have 1 server at the moment. rush, conquest etc

members are from england, scotland , wales , northern ireland and the netherlands. (english speaking or trying to :)

over 18's only as you will need a thick skin as there is plenty of verbal diarrhoea from our members (mainly the welsh sheep botherer)

Just to throw a plug-in, I recommend checking out TacticalGamer (http://www.tacticalgamer.com/content/). First of all, they're NOT a clan, but a community. In short, it's a community that's about playing the game without exploiting flaws in the game, and are concentrated on maturity, teamwork, and objective-based play.

Just to give you some insight, I started a thread like this back in March, with more or less the same goal: find some people interested in teamwork. I got some hits, and played with them from time to time, but nothing consistent. I stumbled on TG when I saw a video about little tips and tricks of BC2. I joined this community about a month or so ago, and haven't looked back.

If you're anything like me and like working as a squad/team, it's definitely worth taking a look. They've got 3 servers, and communicate a lot on teamspeak. Let 'em know Brokeback sent you (my in-game name).

What time do you usually play? I usually play around 10pm EST/7pm PST and one of the servers is always full.

If I understand right, they're in the top 100 of most populated servers.

nothing wrong with going Rambo. Most of the time when I play, I play to hae fun. sometimes that means me going lone wolf and Ramboing it up. I dont care about my score or whether my team win so much that I resent other players. Public servers are for generally just for ♥♥♥♥s and giggles.
