Its carrying on the story kinda, there is a bit of a gap between the ending of crysis 1, and start of crysis 2, but, its supposed to fill in the story or keep the stories together or something.

I thought cities were easier to render than trees and jungles.

Hopefully it will look better and RUN better than even Warhead did.

What the heck is this? Where are all my cool lighting effects? And what's with the ridiculous textures on the cement when the pillars are getting blown apart?

And oh, what's with the ridiculously overpowered nano-suit. You can be surrounded by 6 enemies and still walk around slowly while firing... I don't even know what he's firing. And oh, jump off like 10 floors and land just fine. Really? That's ridiculous. What does it take to kill this guy? A Tac cannon?

1.) Demos and gameplay footage is always played on easy.

2.) This particular footage was on the Failbox 360, nuff said.

3.) Its pre-release footage, and all nanosuit variables can be modified in some .cfg file (as long as they keep the crysis 1 format, you could change how much energy recharge you had, how much drain etc... you can modify these values yourself)

I hope that's the actual reason. (It's far too EASY even if the difficulty is on easy.)

Thanks for clearing that up :) Just the video had no audio just footage so i wouldn't have a clue what console or PC it was taped on. ;)

Just by the way the guy moves in the game you can tell he was using joysticks instead of a keyboard/mouse setup. This was so on consoles.
