Audiosurf Musicselector problem?

I can't get Audiosurf to load, it loads to about 75% then a window pops up saying:

there has been a minor problem locating the file
./soundselector/quickpicks (something like that)
please restart steam.

I've restarted steam and I've tried this several times. I've recently put some new music on my computer, so could that be the problem?

Verify your game cache and if that doesn't work redownload it. It's not a huge app, it shouldn't take too long to download again.
