fps boost avg anti virus free

hey evryone.

so i made a post in here erlier about my computer lagged pretty much in bdbc2 and my freinds could play it whitout any laggs and i dident get it and they have a smaller computer then mee.

so i got some help and my fps got from 25-30 but i realy want it to bee higher. one in here send mee a guide to evrything i needed to do that fits my computer and he says that my anti virus program is doing somthing ween i go into the game cant remmber what, but i need to get the game and a folder into my exeptien list but i cant find it so my questien is to all who have avg free were is the exeptien list and what should i do.

also if you have more tips about getting the fps higher write it to the post porbely more who can use it:)

i have club 3D 250 gts graffik card
processer is duel core 2.4 ghz 6600
and 4 gb ram

one more thing i forgot to say the guide i used does that i cant chat whit the ppl on my freindlist on steam how can that bee ??? i realy dont know and i want i back

Open AVG free -> tools -> Advanced settings -> look under resident shield, and pick Directory Excludes.

Add path C:\Documents and settings\USER\Documents\BFBC2 - notice that the dir can be different on your system.

reduce audio quality, i heard it gives you a massive fps boost but i dont know how to do it

I lowered my sound quality once, it made Teamspeak unusable.
