Hexen 2 problem

I bought the game, and installed it correctly, and downloaded it without any interference. The screen is complete black when I open the game up. If I press enter, I hear a sound, and if I press it a few times, I see a loading bar. But the screen is still completely black...
I have an Intel GMA 2100 graphics card. Running windows 7. If you need anymore specs ask me.

I'm having the exact same problem.

At first I couldn't even get it to boot but I used the file from this thread (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1406618) for ati users. It at least boots now but I get nothing but a black screen and I can hear sounds if I hit enter/esc but nothing appears.

would be great if someone could give some help on this.
