how many other computers are in your house? and how many are on? This is a problem that is often over-looked. Even if you are on a hardwire, active computer (other than the one at use) lower ping and video response time. Shut the other computers down or kill the WiFi/Hardwire feed;)
Aside from that make sure you didn't get into any hacked servers that changed your CFG files. check for latency/ping related settings.
Good luck

Go to the other computer (that you are not playing on) and turn the wifi off. If it's a laptop (probably is if there is wifi) you will use an 'FN' key and find the key that looks like a wave symbol.
Also, some old and newer laptops have a slide or button on the side.
If the other computer is a hardwire (which would drastically lower you bandwith) simply unplug the Either net cable.
EDIT: the either net cable will look very similiar to a Phone cord. Slightly bigger, but unpluging it can do absolutley no harm. Sorry for the typos in a hurry!
EDIT AGAIN: im not even gonna correct myself. Laugh it up people. I know of a few people in this forum that would LOVE to see Michaeloohra embarrassed. Someone, Somewhere is drinking to my demise

Yo Michael, it is called an Ethernet cable, "either net" maybe has got something to do with what network you want to choose from. ;)
But you know, I know you helping so +rep for you.
