I cant find the game in local stores and its too expensive for me on Steam. I mean, if you dont want my money, fine, Ill keep it, but just so you know Croteam, Id be willing to pay for this game if it was available somewhere.

But I don't know where to find the retail verison in the offline store.

thats not the second encounter and i want to buy it in a local store. its only available in the US right now and i dont get why. they dont want our money or what?

Why do you want the retail version? You can download from Steam, Valve implemented it with multiple payment types. I even got myself a pre-pay credit card, and that works.
If I'm low on bandwidth, I take my hard drive caddy to an internet café and download, and backup to it. Then make save it to disk.

because it is cheaper where i live. prices on steam are terrible, it has to do with the currency exchange rates.

lol sad but true, but I guess it's not Valve's fault, but publisher's. Some of them are honest and apply the right conversion.
