Yes, it's basicly 3 extre decks u get with and ofcourse more cards to unlock with new opponents ;)
Think the dlc will cost around 4-5 euro since that the price point at xbox, hope it helps :P

As far as I'm aware pre-orders on Steam get the 1st expansion for free, not sure what plans they have for the second set, obviously don't want to give away too much for free.

On the xbox 360.
Even if the 2nd expansion is available today on the 360 does not automatically mean it will be on the PC on day 1.

Whit the pre-order you ill get the game plus the firts expansion plus a Free Nissa Premium Foil Card , and it isn't conformed if you il get a discount in the second expansion .
