Question : Vsync

Hi all I just wanted to know is there Vsync in the game options? Would be great if someone can tell me I hate not having Vsync in games and my screen is tearing. TY

Also very great deal steam I had this on my xbox 360 but sadly disc drive broke on it then a couple days later I got rrod. :(
