Do the 2 add-ons really enrich the game?

I already have original Morrowind on disk and am wondering if buying it again for $5.00 is worth it just for the add-ons?

I bought the retail versions of these addons for about 25€ each. They are totally woth the 5$.
Heck the better Journal alone is worth it.

I feel the norsk campaign is excellent. I played all these on retail and just bought it again on steam. Tribuneral is a little samey, but bloodmoon is brilliant

I liked Tribunal more than Bloodmoon, actually :)
Yes, the expansions really add to the game. And some mods require the expansions- so at this low price, go for it :D

If you liked the original and want a heap more, this will be a pretty good deal.
Besides, who doesn't want to be a werewolf at least once in his life? :D
