Yes.

Prices for non-Valve games are determined by the Publisher. So the Publisher in this case here, are a bit lame.

Dear VALVe.

Steam is a PLATFORM made by VALVe.

And I don't think VALVe is responsible for the prices of games that aren't made by them.

Until Capcom's store changes the price, don't expect any price drop here either.

They are awfully prompt about giving the RE5 DLC as well. Capcom I mean. Since they are responsible for the pricing an DLC. They probably forgot the game is on Steam.

Yes, this game is way overdue for a decent sale. The last one during the Holiday Sale didn't bring the price down much.

Go to gamestop.com, they have it for $30.00, thats where i bought mine from.

Seeing what price it is elsewhere I say this temporary price-reduction is just what RE5 needs to get some fresh blood.

*warning; high optimism in the upcoming sentence*
And if Capcom sees more sales for the PC version then maybe they'll deliver the DLC, that came with Gold Edition, to PC :)

Publishers set prices, I think capcom self publishes so complain to them
