I have a BIG HUGE question about TES, particularly Morrowind and Oblivion (2 that I have :D):

Why the heck do both start in prison? Morrowind does not start in prison technically, but you're a prisoner, so nevertheless still prison.

No particular reason lore wise. As a matter of fact alot of players don't like the start for RP reasons and someone made an alt start mod.

No reason for the start though, story wise at least.
