Maximum edition $20.00
Now that doesn't seem right considering I bought it for $13.59 on the christmas sale.

Well it is not Christmas and it is still a 50% off sale.

Its $30 to me on store, so I'll pass, especially considering I can grab both for less than 10 bucks in a local store, AND I already own a copy of both.
Needs to go another 50% imo.

the maximum edition is stupid, 30 bucks, the same that purchasing both separated, pass.

Exactly same here, plus because of the third party DRM.

The retail version of the Maximum Edition (http://www.amazon.com/Crysis-Maximum-Pc/dp/B001Q96ZNU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1276536934&sr=8-2) includes Crysis Wars, does the Steam version also have it or not?

Skipping because of this and it still has the stupid Securom DRM 5 activation limits BS. $5 is the MOST I would spend for this DRM BS garbage.

Well it is not Christmas and it is still a 50% off sale.
Yea, but you would think that after six months they would make it even lower. Just look at what Bethesda did with Fallout 3, pretty sure it was $37 on the Christmas sale? But then they lowered it to $25. Meh

not buying because of the DRM, waiting for a mass effect sale =D

I'm dying to buy these games, but I'm still not going to because of the DRM. 5 activations on Crysis with no revoke tool means I'm just renting the game, not purchasing it.
Give me an activation revoke tool for Crysis - not just Crysis Warhead - and maybe I'll buy.

In that case you could risk the wait for a thanksgiving/christmas sale @75% off or more.

still way to expensive... sales lately haven't been that great. Sure alot of good titles were on sale, but they nearly identical to the retail prices when on sale and sometimes are even more expensive. Also DRM FTL D:

I would have bought this in a heartbeat, but yea. 3rd party DRM. So -1 possible sale from me.

Agreed with the DRM comments, I was on the fence about this one but the reduction in price puts it just marginally under retail prices. The real kicker was that Securom + 5 activation limit I've been reading about. I reinstall Windows almost monthly to keep it running smoothly, that wouldn't float with me at all.

it says the sale ends at 10 am pacific time, does that mean today? as in it already ended? or that it ends tomorrow?

it already ended?
Yes, it already ended. The big green "-50%" tag IS A LIE... just as the cake. ;)
PS. I obviously kidding. The sale had just begun.

well thats weird, cuz i went to buy it with paypal(I dont mind the DRM), and i have about $30 in my paypal account, and it said I have insufficient funds
Darth Postal

I never personaly used PayPal, but I think I heard that there is a bug that demands you to have a full game price on your account to buy a game for -50%. Basicly you need to have $60 to pay $30.
But as I said, I never used PP myself. Wait until someone confirms that.

yeah, i dont want to add my credit card if at all possible, because I simply dont make many purchases from paypal, but this is kind of annoying
Darth Postal

I opened a special credit card just for Steam purchases. I keep it empty at all times and put money on it via mobile banking right before I buy a game.
This way I don't have to deal with PP and I'm not afraid that my card data will be stolen ('cause it's empty 99.9% of time).

So, Monday deal for Europe: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/992/ is called Crysis® Complete Pack and cost $29.98 USD
But, there is Crysis® Maximum Edition, for some kind not avalible to Europe and it cost only $19.99 http://store.steampowered.com/sub/987/?cc=us
So, WTF?

Sorry?! Why in the big guys name do you do that?! My Windoze runs fine, has done for months now (new pc build) and vista was fine for about 2 years bar some audio driver issues (not vista's fault, M-Audio are garbage)

On the flip-side, I went through some stability issues with my PC last year (duff SATA cable) and recall having to clean-install Windows several times in one month as a result, so a 5 activation limit is a chuffing joke.
