Some graphics problem

Hi mates! I need some help with texture detalisation in VTMB.
I'm runing game on:

Intel Core 2 Duo
4 MB RAM
ATI Radeon 5850
Windows7

The problem is that the detalisation of textures in game is very low(but in options it is on high).
Please help!

You probably meant 4 GB RAM and that's the problem. Bloodlines can't handle such an amount in the unpatched form. Install the unofficial patch and everything should work fine...
