prince of persia sands of time problems

Hello, i have just bought prince of persia the sands of time on steam, and i have 2 issues:
1) I can't hear game audio. I can hear the audio of the videos, but the game audio is absent
2)At the final fight, 98% game, I can't attack the visir, and he does nothing, justs stands near the windows...is it a bug? I have seen videos on youtube in witch he summons a copy of himself...but in my game nothing happens, i try to attack him, and nothing, i wait mutch time (5-10 minutes) and nothing happens...

1) update your audio drivers, then try again.
change audio acceleration to basic if you have windows xp.
disable eax in the game options.
check the audio volume sliders in the game.

2) yes, that is supposed to happen, it seems that you encountered a bug.
verify the game cache then reload a previous save and try again.
