Main menu black screen background no graphics.

Main menu is missing the background graphics just shows black and a white circle over the mouse this is not suppose to be.
error perhaps but many people getting it.

I also have this problem as well as the aforementioned deck builder probs, is this going to be sorted out via update.....Like NOW. Took long enough for the game to come out.
