my friend bought me crysis warhead when it was on sale today but when i try to boot it up it says cannot display video mode i cranked my resolution up to the extreme and my eyes are bothered by it now and it still gives me that error any ideas?

my res is 1280 x 1024 i remember back in the day wolfenstein gave me this issue and i had to like go in and manually edit the config file to turn the res down but i can't find it plz help

i more then meet the minium specs for the game

ive updated my video drivers, updated direct x, triple checked the requirements still nothing works :(, restarted steam, restarted my computer

i just went to a website called can you run it and it says Congratulations, your system passes the Recommended requirements! You should have a great experience running this product.
