Strange problem with achievements.

I only have 2 Achievements unlocked (Knowledge is Power and Break Out The Arsenal) and nothing else is unlocking. I've already killed more then 25 aliens and I got the "Knowledge is Power" Achievement when I only had 8 of the 12 logs. What is going on?

well i know for the logs u start off with i think 3 or 4 right from level 1... so thats maybe why u got this achievement?
