Whether the delay is on EA's end or not, it would be very good thing to at least keep your customers updated of the situation. Yes it's only a game and the sun will rise tomorrow, but you could at least throw us a bone.

yeah this is bs, we deserve some kind of information from valve about this since its been over 9 hours since they last said something to us.

if today passes without this game they owe us something, since they advertised it would be available today, whether its an extra day of beta or whatever.

ea also needs to get their stuff together and let steam release this already.

Yeah, that was almost 10 hours ago. A lot (can)changes in 10 hours.

A simple "Sorry everyone, we are still waiting on (insert text). It is expected to be resolved in (insert time frame)."

People are just hopping ships to EAs shop, now it is looking like bad business practises, but you know what? I dont care if they do, and may do it myself, purely because valve havnt said ANYTHING about the issue, which says to me that they really dont give a ♥♥♥♥.

If I have Steam up and running, do I have to sit here and wait for it to magically become available, or can I go and do something else and it will automatically download?

I'd hate to leave the computer and have it become available a few minutes after I leave. I'd have to wait even longer if it doesn't download by itself.
