Start up the game, log-in to EA (or not, I've tried it both ways), start up the game, watch the intro video, watch the freeze.
I've had it freeze right after the first lady finishes her little speech, and I've had it freeze during the 2nd video after the guy gives me my license.
I've tried this about 6 or 7 times so far. I saw another post about excluding steam from the anti-virus software I have: isn't working. I even turned off my firewall. Still not working.
I realize this was only close to $8, but I'm beginning to want my money back.
