Change Material

Hello, a german popular site is down and will not comeback.
I lost the infos about how to change a material.
I know it muste written in the vmt. but how?
For Example, i want create a metal floor, then press a button, the metal floor change to other metal floor texture.
I know its with Skin:1 Skin:2 and on with models, but with only materials?

i'm sure there is another way but you could make it so one texture is over lapping the other and you toggle between them. func_wall_toggle

Thanks, you both help me a bit, i was searching for a tutorial about texturetoggle and i go find it.
