Can´t Install Crysis GameSpy

Hi I resently buy Crysis in steam, I started to download and then the installation, it was everything fine but when it started to install the gamespy it never ends, and if i click in cancel button it doesn´t start de game and my computer crashes so i need to restart it, if i try to run again the game starts again the installation of the gamespy that never ends and if i cancel my computer again crashes, so i can´t play Crysis for about a week that i buy the game, can someone can help me and tell whats happened please? thanks!

I have windows vista and a pc capable of run crysis if this can help.

I think I had a similar issue. I ended up letting it install Gamespy, and I deleted the program later. It has never asked to install Gamespy again.

You could've clicked 'cancel' when it asked to install the Gamespy stuff.

When i installed the game recently (too), i searched the forums/internet and found Gamespy wasn't needed. Just a tip for maybe your next game when they want to install other things.

Oh thanks alot!, what i do was to press cancel when it started to install and the game start with no problems, thanks again!
