Crysis and Prophet ending no one seems to have noticed *SPOILER*

Ok, well after seeing Crysis 2 at e3 I decided I would complete Crysis again and noticed one of the most important things ever! I've looked on the web and can't find this mentioned anywhere

During the last level on the US ship during the cutscene where the admiral fires a nuke at the island there is a small electronic map in the corner of the screen showing the island. Well just before the nuke is fired a vtol is ahown to be flying towards the island I presume is Prohet.

However this is the thing. The vtol turns around. Thats right. Just before the nuke hits, the little vtol picture turns around and flies in the opposite direction away from the island and the ship. So Prophet lives? And Nomad is going to the island???

What does all this mean????

C2 takes place 9 months after C1 I think; unless I got it mixed up with FEAR3, so we never get to go find Prophet.:(

You've got it mixed up with F.E.A.R. 3. It's set nine months after the second game so Alma's baby is about to be born, which IIRC is the lynchpin of the game's story.

Crysis 2, on the other hand, takes place three years after Crysis/Warhead.

maybe itl do like a x number of months ago and you get to go back to the island and find prophet that way
