Well guys, I decided to take a risk and let a friend of mine gift this game to me without ever knowing if it was going to work. But, after downloading it (which is already a good sign :)), I can safely say this is playable (just like Blur), as long as you have someone who can gift it you of course ;)

and im not paying for a VPN connection

its like they want there game pirated
