Is there some petition or request we can do to suggest that an update comes for the game for it to be multi-player.. I have played this game over and over with my friends and finished all its modes.. i want to race some real players .. it would be really fun and a HUGE hit on steam. :)
what action can we take to officially suggest to steam to look into contacting the developer to add an online multi-player update? :)

It won't happen because before release a member of sumo digital said that they looked at using GFWL and other online features but sega refused to do it, the reason? they expected a lot of pc users to just pirate the game, it's why the port was made on the cheap without any online modes or extras.
Sucks I know.

On the basis that it was released without online, while the console versions have it.

Just sounds like bs to me. Playing a game over servers set up by Sega would make it harder to play pirate versions. Single player only games are far easier to play pirate versions. Sega either didn't want to pay to keep up servers or they just saw this as an opportunity to make a quick buck.
