I found out that this is High Moons first PC game. So we don't know if they are even considering patching this game. To my knowledge there is no feedback from them concerning the PC version. I think the only thing we can do is make a huge fuss about these problems, otherwise we will most likely be ignored. I also checked out blur for PC. Same pricing, 40 dollars, and has significant problems yet there is no patch that I could find. Sadly, if I had to guess, chances getting any sort of patch looks slim.
I also checked out the amazon PC review for this game. Only one review giving the game 5 stars.

Good luck doing that if you bought it on Steam.

if you email steam stating your concern and asking for a refund they will more than likely give it to you.
anyway.
I love the game, just isn't very competitive without anti-cheat and in game voice.
Also needs the DLC and 5 new people
Give them time, its only been out for a little over a month.

Good luck with that. From Steam Support FAQ:
"As with most software products, we will not offer refunds for purchases made online as outlined in the software license - please review Section 4 of the Steam Subscriber Agreement for more information.
We can make an exception for pre-ordered games if the request is received prior to the release date."

Alot of people were able to refund L4D2, after release date.
So there is hope.

Is it because you had already played 20+ hours on it?

and a server list so we can decide what game we want to go into, and removal of FPS cap, and customizable keys, and... ummmm...
whatever else was on the list.

we do?
We know they made one for *cough* console *cough*. But that means nothing to us. As for a sequel, that doesn't mean they're going to do any better a job at a port, should they chose to do a port, should they ever even decide to do a sequel.
man people here are awesome at this whole evidence thing!

It was an educated guess.

I don't think they'll release the DLC because too many PC elitist are against paid DLC and have high standards for these kind of things. So that's probably why they're not wasting their time and money because most PC gamers won't buy it anyways since they think everything should be free for them.

I'd buy it if it included enough content to be considered a DLC. I wouldn't buy it if it was merely fixes for the current game. That is what should be free.

There's a couple different ways to look at that. For one thing, the history of DLC points to an overwhelming tendency for PC DLC to be free, especially when it was required. Imagine if, for example, Blizzard were to charge additional money - even a dollar - for every required-to-play patch on top of the subscription model. WoW would not be a quarter of what it is.
It's also a known fact that Microsoft doesn't allow free DLC on the Xbox. That's why Valve released the L4D2 DLC for free to PC users, but had to charge 480 points on XBL. They would have released Passing to 360 users for free, were it possible.
Paid DLC actually encourages a type of fraud also. In this game, just as an example, the "preorder-exclusive characters" are certainly in the game as you hold it. But they're locked, and the only unlock is through a code (the preorder codes that were being traded for like $100 on eBay) or a DLC - thus, with a paid DLC, you wouldn't be paying an extra $5 or whatever for novel content, but existing and withheld content.
---
That all said, High Moon must have some reason for not publishing PC DLC yet. I personally doubt it's money - the Transformers franchise isn't one of Activision's pillars of profit (as Blizzard's big three, Warcraft / Starcraft / Diablo, are.) More than likely, considering that the PC version is a broken port of the 360 version and High Moon's previous works were only console games, the reasons are technological.

Personally, to me, the fact that the DLC for PC would be free would be a test on High Moon more than anything else. If they still release it despite not only a small (but, for the most part, dedicated) player base, but with no monetary profit, then it would prove that they do, indeed, care about supporting their customers, even if Activision does not.
Only time will tell at this point, however. Even with other games, PC content is usually released later than the console content. I'm not ruling any possibilities out until something official proves otherwise, especially when the few official words we do have from the developers imply a very strong will to support the PC. The only evidence I've seen to decry DLC is about Activision, who has no power whatsoever over HMS over DLC, last I'd heard.
I'll be interested to see how things play out, to be honest, if only to see how High Moon holds up to their word.

Nearly three agonizing hours of junk.
