[BUG][After Mac Update] Flash Bomb Sound Bug

Hi;

A Few Minutes Ago We Was Playing CS:S. I Was at A-Long (on Dust2) Someone (I Don't Know: T or CT) throwed a Flash Bomb.I was blind. And This Sound ringing: Like "beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep". After these I saw everything but I can't hear anything. I heard just this : beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. I retried game and there's no longer sound. After me 2 player got this bug. Please Fix it.

Notice: We Got This Bug On A-Long (at d2) and our OS is XP.:)

You're not the First one that got that Bug.
And it's not after the Mac Update.
I got this in HL2DM if someone killed me with RPG it sounded only "BEEEEEP".
Only if i restart or rejoin it solve this Problem.
Notice: That Bug is not after the Mac Update.I got this since 2007 in HL2DM.

And it's really interesting that Valve don't test HL2DM(Maybe) because there are so many Bugs that anyone see.
