Hey guys! I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Before the new update I could play CSS with max settings with an average fps of 60+. Now, REGUARDLESS OF MY VIDEO SETTINGS my framerate begins at 60 but dips and dives to as low as 18 after about a minute of smooth play and stays at about 30 with only small periods of 60. The amount of action on screen does not make any difference.
When I put the settings on the lowest possible, my framerate starts at around 100, but then it dips to 20 again.
I am perplexed at why my framerate dips during play. It throws off my aim and gets me killed.
I am aware that valve uses orange box graphics, but my framerate should be stable at the lowest settings right?
Does anyone else have this problem?
How can I fix it?
