For lower-end machines there is absolutely no reason why video controls should be encrypted and out of reach. If you really want to limit player's abilities to change the presentation (I fully understand the desire to keep an artist's work intact), make it so that at the very least the INI file can be used.

Q is also melee.
Graphic options aren't in the ini. But it's the Unreal 3 engine you can force effects using your videocard's settings because the engine will support those options.

For people with lower end nVidia GPUs, you may want to ensure that CUDA(PhysX) is disabled in a profile in the control panel.

1) Start nVidia Control Panel
2) Manage 3D Settings
3) Programs
4) Add the Transormers executable in ../steam/steamapps/common/transformers fight for cybertron/binaries
5) Set CUDA to "Use these GPUs" and uncheck your GPU. Save, and try again.
