Unreal Gold problem

Sometimes the keys lock up and I just keep moving in one direction i can press escape twice and undo it but it messes up still.
any ideas?

your hitting your R button, wich does in fact not reload your weapon (there are no such function in the game) but is opening the team chat. simply hit enter, or ESC twice.

Hitting tab opens a quick console and requires hitting enter or escape to get out of. The quick console shows up as tiny green text at the bottom left of the screen.

Ha ha! I frequently hit "R" thinking reload and end up having to quickly hit Enter to get out of that too. Funny moments.
