Has anybody come across 'code 77' on start up? and where is this so called support? I have been waiting 5 day's, not good enough steam.

It means failed to launch, due o hardware problems or not enough memory available. Quite strange if you managed to play Napoleon before the DLC came out

Same here. It says that I can't play a "networked game" when I push the multiplayer button. :o

Ok I think I may have solved the problem unless they've have done something while I was experimenting.

Right click on the Steam icon in your system tray. Go to settings - choose the download tab and change to another region. You will probably be able to go back to your region again. At any rate my multi-player button is working now :D

So far, Steam Support has failed to fix the crash problem.

I have the same problem. Except I dont "have" PC, although its in the files of course. I re-download Napoleon yesterday, started it this morning, no sound. Usually TWcenter would have the answer, but thats down.

Guys please remember this forum is for discussion of the game not a dedicated support forum. It's possible that you may find answers to problems here thanks to helpful posts by other members but the best way to get help with your specific issues is to do what ratatomik has done and seek it yourselves via the proper channels.

Support information can be found at the top of the board.
