is the info stored on my pc or does it follow my account.

for example if my account were to come in the wrong hand, would thoose persons be able to blow off thousands of EURO's?

No, your actual credit card number is not saved.

It's saved to your account, but like wexer said, it's not your CC info.

That's not to say there is no downsides to saving info. I don't think someone having your phone number and address is necessarily a good thing.

Also people who use ClickAndBuy are screwed.
They don't need to enter any info or log in to buy games.
