Quake 1, FEAR 1, Clive Barker's Jericho (only $1.69 right now).

All really good games.

I don't know if you know but you already own Red Faction from the THQ pack. Red Faction: Guerilla is the latest. It's really fun.

BioShock 1 and 2 are really fun.. It did take me 3 tries to beat the 1st though.

First person you say? I hear Red Orchestra isn't half bad and its only $2.50 atm.

Also just because i feel the need to suggest this even though it doesn't fit the category. Penumbra series is a great first-person survival horror game if you like that genre as well.
