HeLp! GFWL won't sign in!

Hi,

I know that there are multiple threads on this issue but mine is slightly different.

Whenever I attempt to sign into my GFWL account it will come up with "Downloading Profile. This may take a few minutes. Please don't close the game." and after about 30 seconds it will stop and come up with "Can't connect to Live. A connection to the network is unavailable. If you are using a PPP connection, make sure you establish that connection before starting the game."

And after this it disconnects my wireless for about a minute

I had an absolute NIGHTMARE with the exact same problem in Fallout 3 GOTYE. Threads here -

Eventually, the workaround I resorted to (mentioned in the threads) was to simply ignore GFWL and just play the game normally. Dont know if this will work for RFG though.
