Restrict mouse to single screen

I've got a dual monitor setup on XP. When running Manhunt, if I move the cursor too far to the side, it shows up on the other monitor (the Windows cursor; the Manhunt cursor stays on the Manhunt monitor). If I click at another application there, it of course minimizes Manhunt. Is there some way to restrict the cursor to the monitor which Manhunt is running on?

Thanks, but it doesn't work with standard Steam shortcuts - They're handled as URLs.

Ah, works if I create a link to MouseJail.exe "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch N, where N is the number at the end of the steam: URL.

Well, ♥♥♥♥. MouseJail doesn't work in Manhunt on XP SP 3 :(

mousejail only works for as long as the exe you specify is alive and in focus. I think the steam exe launcher will exit after your game launch, so it wont' work. :(
