Can't add order of war challenge to cart

Trying to buy order of war: challenge from the store (it's on sale) and clicking the 'add to cart' button does nothing, meaning no one can purchase the game.
Is this a known error with some solution?

OK, it seems to work in firefox and nothing else...

goto http://store.steampowered.com/app/34600/ and add the game from the link.
the order of war challenge link doesnt work but at the order of war game,the challenge link work mhhhh very strange.
