game not responding

Hi all, Need help.
I start the game the small sniper picture comes up, then the screen goes black for the intro screens etc, then the game stops responding , it just won't go passed that point any Ideas please would be great.

System specs are.
Mobo = Rampage 3 extreme
Cpu = i7 930 2.8Ghz (OC to 3.5ghz)
Ram = Corsair Dominator GT 1600 Tri series
Video = 4870x2 ( driver version 10.6)
Windows 7 64bit

It was released today for NZ as well. Man this is not a good look for the game so far

Just tested the fix Game working fine now cheers
