For one of my suggestions I think we should be able to play a single player mode, visit other areas of the moon and save some people before time runs out or something. Another Is where we can buy servers, because the servers there are WAY too laggy. We should get some guns, test them on the moon, which leads to my next one. There should be a mission where you have some rockets and stuff and fire at asteroids and comets to save the base. For the Moon rovers, we should be able to carry more than 2 things and more than 2 people on the rover. These are all the suggestions I could come up with so far. I hope you like them and maybe have some of the dev's, look at these. Thanks :D

Forgot to add- There should be a SDK so we all can make custom moon maps :)

Forgot... AGAIN- Add a Kick System for those who are AFK or dont play and dont teamwork together.

Yeah they would make for some nice mods to add to the game.

I think it would definately be nice if there were a few more different lay outs available. Not necessarily adding more parts to the base, just moving what there is around a bit to add some variation to each of the games.

It could also be nice to introduce some difficulty settings, relating to how many parts need fixing from the start, and how severe they are. Just adds some more variation, plus introduces a platform for beginners to start at with less problems, and more of a challenge for veterans givin them lots of severe problems to deal with. This would mean the scoreboards would need changing though.

The amount of people on the server could impact the size of the base, while the difficulty setting would define the amount of problems. And with some different base layouts too you add a huge amount more choice and variety for the players.

Oh and great game btw=)

Yeah, that does sound good. I hope they take it into consideration!

Some means of recharging robots is missing -- perhaps having Robot Batteries available from the supply shed would make the Battery vs. Speed tradeoff a bit more even.

Repairing a power module with orange damage level is faster than disconnecting 2 conduits, attaching them to a new one, and securing the new connections. However, it's (marginally) faster to swap out modules on the life support units, presuming you have someone dropping spares nearby. I guess I'd like to see some sort of time/scoring bonus for using replacement parts instead of repairing damaged ones (since reliability is an issue, even if it's a less pressing one than fast repairs).

The inability to carry two items, even small ones, is frustrating. For example, the power couplers would be a lot more palatable to replace, if you could carry replacements two at a time from the shed. Likewise with the various life support modules.

Regarding the level editor, I think you can use UDK to make maps.

Also, When people DONT finish the mission or something, they should go to the things that brought them here (cant think of the name). They should blast off and see the area blow up or something, make it look cool :). I dont know just thought of it. Just an idea (:

I think NASA did not had an idea for having an FPS in a pure simulation game...

Moonbase Alpha runs on the UT3 engine, which is most likely built with the UDK (http://www.udk.com/), so perhaps if you install that and play around with the editor, you can be able to edit maps for MA.
