Commandos 3 windowed

Any1 figured this out? can manage to do it on all the others except for commandos 3 and its just stopping me from even bothering to play it. Its the only 1 I didnt complete too.

To the original questioner: How did you get every other game to go windowed? I have tried everything from compatibility to using 3rd party apps which crash it.
