Audio echos, can't uninstall

I fooled around with my advanced audio settings (Sounds and Audio Devices Properties) but to no avail (maybe I missed something though?), I verified the integrity of the game's cache, and my last effort was to try and reinstall but I can't delete local game content. It's really annoying...

Any ideas? :(
