Game fails to launch

Mark me down as another casualty.

Win 7 64-bit. Crashes when I try to load the game. Open AL was already installed, though the game tried to install it and I tried to reinstall it anyway. That's probably not the issue. No compatibility modes worked.

It works on my w7x64 install, do you get any error message at all?

It would help alot more if you posted what video card(s) you have and what driver version you are running, that is usually the problem, and as jema said, any error messages you get.
