Activision fired about 50% of the employees at Radical (developers), gonna be hard to get a patch out of them (especially since a patch will only happen if Activision says it will and that will never happen).

If you make Activision many millions you wont get sacked. They will just withhold millions in bonuses, sue you and then fire you...

No problems? Check out how it should look like. Compare this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjZYBsxbGmI) to your version. Do you see the sunlight? How about dynamic shadows? With an ATI card, you won't see either of them above street level.

hm... well tbh i don't care. the game isn't trying to be Crysis and i'm always too busy mutilating everyone and everything to stop and look at shadows or sunlight :)

besides, its not gamebreaking by any means and is not an excuse to sack half of a company

Yeah this game has the graphics of a 2005 game (on my ATI HD5970... sigh!), but it plays really really nice. Totally worth it! I'm loving it! Go go buy!
