Texture/model bug

from the start all of the textures are black. As well as this my character model is clearly wrong, see the screenshots below:

I have noticed that my texture, sound, quest and FX folders are empty in the Data folder.

I've tried updating everything, verify the folders too.

Im using an 8800GT, E6850 @3Ghz x2, 2GB ram

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My folders are empty aswell, maybe theyre supposed to be.

It sounds like a graphics card issue, but I don't know what to suggest if you have updated everything.

managed to fix it by reinstalling it using steams backup feature.
